for a Border Collie from Peachy Keen Border Collies, Gloucester Virginia.

The price reflects AKC limited registration unless otherwise noted in writing from Chris Peach. Final payment is due on pickup (cash or postal money order only) unless otherwise agreed to in advance in writing by Chris Peach.

You may make your DEPOSIT by check, paypal, zelle or cash if at least 10 days prior to picking up your puppy. Once again, FINAL payments must be made by Cash or postal money order in person on the day of pick up unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By signing this form, buyer understands and agrees that final choices are made after 7 weeks of age (after temperament testing is complete). We strive to match our puppies to the right family and we reserve the right to refuse sale at any time. 

This deposit is refundable is refundable in the following circumstances.

Health/Death of puppy/litter prior to pickup by new owner.

Not suitable temperament, solely decided by breeder.

Breeder has the right to refuse sale at any time, as such deposit would be returned.

Any other reasons other than those listed, results in a non refundable deposit.

Buyer can elect to transfer their deposit to the next litter.
